Executive Coaching

Our Partners and Consultants with in-depth knowledge and understanding of client’s business and organization will provide executive coaching service to new managers and leaders to assist with resolving issues they face in their new positions in articulate and timely manner. After the final candidate joins the company, it takes some time for the new manager to fully understand the corporate culture and to lead the organization. We provide Executive Coaching as a follow-up service to assist a quick adjustment of the final candidate in the organization. We consider our mission is not only the search itself but also the entire process of placement which include resolving the management issues at our client company and supporting the final candidate to achieve self-actualization in the new organization.

From our 12 years of experience in the industry, we believe we have a true understanding of people and organizations which enables us to provide specific and effective coaching for our final candidates.

In general, any individual who takes a new opportunity is required and expected to adapt to the new environment immediately upon his/her arrival. The purpose of coaching is to assist those individuals in transition to improve their understanding of themselves and others in order to perform their abilities as quickly as possible after joining the new company. Even an individual with exceptionally high problem-solving abilities cannot fix all of the management issues on his/her own. To gain deep understanding of the current status of employees and company and promote management strategy and decision-making for the organization, it is highly effective to utilize executive coaching. When an executive coach cooperates with new management, transition period of the new leader will shorten and ultimately reduces the lead time to achieving corporate reform, and most importantly, both client and the final candidate benefit from the achievement.

＊Executive coaching can be provided to not only the final candidates but also any of the newly elected executives and current management personnel.

・Enable to face anxiety or insecurity which cannot be expressed under normal circumstances and to consider with a positive attitude

・Enable to organize thoughts and make decision based on such thoughts

・Lead to constructive feedback, not post-action judgment

・Enable to show your positive-side which you were not aware of = individuality

・Discussion topic must be decided by the client (a person receiving coaching)

・Coach and candidate are equal partners (deliberately establish cooperative relationship)

・Able to talk about anything regardless of public/private matters, recognized as “safe place” to open-up (under confidentiality agreement)

・Period: At least 3 to 6 months

・Frequency/Time:　2 sessions per month, Approximately 60 minutes per session (Face to face/Telephone)

Topic is set by client

・Topic is the area where the client wants to see a change in

・Coach should not force a topic on client

“Safe place”＝Confidentiality agreement

・Coach should not disclose any information acquired by coaching sessions without client’s consent

Deliberately establish cooperative relationship

・Communicate with each other if there are any questions or concerns

・Relationship is both ways; provide some room for client
