During late 1980s to 90s, our founder, Kazumichi Shimamoto, worked as a cross-border M&A banker at Daiwa Securities. He was shocked by the number of failures in post-merger operations of local businesses which were lead by Japanese managers. He decided to establish an executive search firm to assist corporations in search of managers who could realize growth and development of corporations. In 2006, Yuhiko Yasunaga succeeded Shimamoto as President, and the firm continues to provide services to support human resource aspect of corporations by executive search consulting, organizational consulting, coaching and trainings.
The following is our business principles:
1.We consider our clients’ interests as our highest priority. “Our clients” represents both organizations which receive our executive search consulting service and individuals who are potential candidates for placement.
2.We contribute to the society by achieving our own growth through providing support for our clients’ growth.
3.We aim to provide quality services that are more than satisfactory to our clients in order to respond to all our clients’ needs at all times.
