Approach
We provide managerial and organizational consultation to our clients. Initial approach may be from either client or Shimamoto Partners.
STEP 2
Meeting
We develop the outline of our consulting project after extensive discussions with the client. We determine the direction of the project to resolve the issues surrounding the organization and human resources by sharing concerns of our client and contributing advice based on our experience and knowledge.
STEP 3
Proposal
We document the project details (underlying issues, consulting activities, members, schedules, etc.) and submit to the client.
STEP 4
Consulting Phase
We understand the current status of our client and identify the issues to be resolved.
