Guidelines on Confidentiality

We agree to keep our client's non-disclosed information which we obtain during our search process strictly confidential. We also agree to maintain the information confidential after completion of search assignment.

We are responsible to inform our employees of the confidentiality of the client information and to ensure our employees to comply with the obligation on confidentiality. We have Non-Disclosure Agreement between the firm and our employees to ensure the compliance.

We do not disclose our client names and our projects to the public during and after the search assignment without the client’s consent unless officially requested by the government agencies.

When we agree to conduct new search assignments, we may need to disclose the names of our clients as OFF-LIMIT companies to avoid conflicts. In such case, however, we do not disclose the reason for the remark.

During our search assignment, we agree to disclose our client’s name to the prospective candidates only when the candidates meet the criteria set by the client and we see the interest and potential for the position in those candidates.

We inform and request our candidates to handle the client information as confidential.

We agree to keep our candidate's personal information which we obtain during our search process, strictly confidential. We disclose the personal information of a candidate to our client only after the candidate agrees.
